“old” beverage that once reigned as our nation’s most popular drink. We use a wide variety of Upstate New York
apples to produce a range of carefully handcrafted, premium ciders. These ciders range from extremely dry
Champagne-style ciders, to a semi-dry non-sparkling ciders made with
traditional English and French cider apples and classic Upstate varieties, to
several lightly sparkling ciders that have some sweetness and refreshing apple
taste, and our distinctive Cherry
Street which is a lightly sparkling blend of apple

When you purchase a full case (12 bottles) of cider at one time, you are automatically entered into our Case Club! Once you are a member, you will enjoy a 20% discount on all future case purchases. Just buy at least one case every 12 months to stay active! *We automatically enter every customer who purchases a full case into our Case Club. Unfortunately, at this time our web site is not 'smart' enough to calculate your Case Club discount. For every case order that comes in over the web, we personally check our Case Club database and manually apply the discount for our Case Club members. Don't worry if your discount doesn't show up at check out-we promise we will manually adjust it for you!* FREQUENT BUYER CARD We're pleased to introduce our Frequent Buyer Card! These cards are available in our tasting room, the Ithaca Farmer's Market, and the New Amsterdam Market. Each time you buy a bottle at one of these locations, we will punch your card. These cards are our way of saying thanks to our loyal customers who stop in for just a bottle or two at a time, and therefore are only valid on purchases of 1-5 bottles. Wine Coming to Bellwether
We have a new venture -- Bellwether Wine Cellars. We plan to release our first vintages of grape wines later this Spring. Our winemaker, Kris Matthewson, is an experienced and highly regarded winemaker in the Finger Lakes. He has a passion for Pinot Noir and Riesling, and is one of a small group of local winemakers that are pushing the envelope to fully exploit the potential of the Finger Lakes to produce world class wines. FLX Cider Week 2013 Dates Announced!
October 4-13, 2013 The Finger Lakes Cider Alliance presents FLX Cider Week 2013! Kicking off at the annual Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival, join us for a week of all things cider. There will be special tastings, seminars, cidermaker's dinners at locations throughout the Finger Lakes. Look for cider specials at your favorite bars and restaurants, too! Details TBA.
