New Version of Heritage Debuts ...

Our 2007 vintage is a unique cider with a distinctive farmyard taste from Brettanomyces wild yeast.  The new 2009 vintage, released in May of 2010 is a return to our earlier vintages without the unique farmyard characteristic.  This is a very sophisticated Old World cider made from a restricted blend of English and French cider varieties (grown in the Finger Lakes), including Brown Snout and Dabinette.

New Amsterdam Market in NYC Welcomes Bellwether, Look for us in 2010!

Travel back in time to a market in the historic South Street Seaport area of Manhattan for a market that recalls the glory of the Fulton Market.  Enjoy a dazzling variety of local foods and artisanal products, including Bellwether Hard Cider.  We had a great season in fall of 2009 and are anxious to hear the schedule for 2010. See us at the Farmer’s Market in Ithaca, New York…

Come taste and buy our ciders at the beautiful Ithaca Farmers market.  This market is a cooperative with 165 vendors who live within 30 miles of Ithaca, New York. Agricultural vendors grow and offer high quality fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, poultry and dairy products. Food vendors bring a wide variety of freshly baked goods, jellies, honey, and sauces as well as delicious meals to eat at the market. Many talented artists and craftspeople sell their exceptional, locally made items.   Saturday 9am-3pm April through December, Sunday 10am-3pm May through November.  www.ithacamarket.com
