We use a wide variety of Upstate New York apples to produce a range of carefully handcrafted, premium ciders. These ciders range from extremely dry Champagne-style ciders, to a semi-dry non-sparkling ciders made with traditional English and French cider apples and classic Upstate varieties, to several lightly sparkling ciders that have some sweetness and refreshing apple taste, and our distinctive Cherry Street which is a lightly sparkling blend of apple and tart cherry. Bellwether is returning for the current season of the New Amsterdam Farmer's Market, held at the South Street Seaport in Manhattan. New Amsterdam boasts an eclectic mix of local and regionally grown and produced goods. There's always something new and exciting to sample. The market runs once a month during the summer, and will begin weekly markets in September. We offer a pre-order special for NYC-area customers-just call us by the end of the business day on the Friday before market and place your order of 6 or more bottles. We can take payment right over the phone, and you just come by market and pick it up! THE NEXT MARKET DATE IS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th FROM 11am-4pm.

BELLWETHER WILL BE AT THE 2010 ITHACA BREWFEST Ithaca Brewfest, hosted by the Ithaca Beer Company, will take place this Saturday 9/4/10 at Stewart Park in Ithaca. General admission is 3-7pm, VIP admission is 2-7pm. Come on down and sample beers from 45 different breweries (and one cidery!). Tickets can be purchased at any Wegman's store, the State Theater of Ithaca Box Office, the tasting room at Ithaca Beer Company, or online at the Ithaca Brewfest website. See you there!
